PAYMENT SCHEDULE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Under GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE


Starting June 1, 2020, Banco de Oro (BDO) resumes payment processing for AUF through online banking and over-the-counter (bills payment) facilities nationwide.

For online banking option, the payor should be a BDO account holder and the account must be enrolled for online banking service. Scroll through the menu and click ANGELES UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION.

For over-the-counter (OTC) payments using BDO’s bills payment facility, write ANGELES UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION in the company name.
Please indicate the student name and student number for both options.

Rest assured that the Accounting and Finance Office is finding ways to provide more payment options for your convenience.

The on-site payment process will use the Appointment Scheduler feature in MyClass Courses in order to schedule payment transactions (AUF Main Campus).

It is recommended that you use and access the MyClass Scheduler using the BROWSER instead of the MyClass Student APP in order to book payment schedules smoothly.

To book a payment schedule using the browser please follow the given steps below:

STEP 1. Login to your MyClass Account. Then go back to this page.



STEP 2. Enroll in the PAYMENT SCHEDULER course by Clicking the button below
.



STEP 3. Open Calendar

In Global Navigation, click the Calendar link.


STEP 4 . Find Appointment

In the Calendar sidebar, click the Find Appointment button.


STEP 5. Select Course

Select PAYMENT SCHEDULER from the list [1], then click the Submit button [2].



Step 6. View Appointments

View the appointments available for the course. Faded time slots indicate the time slot has been reserved.

If your calendar is set to either the Week or Month view, and there are no available appointments in the visible date range, the Calendar will let you know the date of the next available appointment. You can click the date in the window to view available appointments.



Step 7. Reserve Appointment

In the calendar, click the time slot you want to reserve [1]. In the appointment window, you can view the appointment time, calendar, and details.

In the Comments field [2] please indicate the following information :

ID NUMBER

AMOUNT TO BE PAID

To sign up for the time slot, click the Reserve link [3].



Print or save the payment reservation in your mobile phone. Present it to the Security Personnel upon entering the front gate of the main campus.

Note that this will be validated in real-time against the PAYMENT APPOINTMENT CALENDAR by security personnel. Should there be a discrepancy between the two, then the REAL-TIME PAYMENT APPOINTMENT CALENDAR WILL BE FOLLOWED. Following the guidelines on the implementation of General Community Quarantine, ONLY 15 to 59 y/o with system confirmed booking schedules will be allowed entry to the main campus for the processing of payment.
