The Graduate School envisions to be the leading higher education institution in the region offering graduate programs which are responsive to the professional and executive development needs of the human resources of corporate entities and educational institutions in the private and public sectors.

Mission

The AUF Graduate School aims to produce high-level professionals capable of meeting the national and international needs in the dynamic and competitive global market through the provision of graduate and continuing professional education programs anchored on advanced theories, modern technologies, best practices and current trends in the various fields.

In pursuing this mission, the Graduate School aims to:

• Produce a core of leaders and experts in education, whose vision of a preferred future is anchored on present realities;
• Enhance a deeper sense of professionalism vis-a-vis individual values, academic priorities, leadership styles, and community involvement;
• Strengthen the critical and analytical capabilities of the graduate students to respond to current and pressing issues and concerns; and
